Kanelsnurren is in the middel of Østbanehallen. Here, bakers work through the night to ensure you’re greeted by the smell of freshly baked goods as you walk through the hall.
Quality, pure and natural ingredients, craftsmanship, and long fermentation times were the key ingredients when Danish Torben, together with his Lærke, opened the first Kanelsnurren in Stavanger. And they still are. After great success in Western Norway, Kanelsnurren has finally opened its first bakery in Eastern Norway – at Østbanehallen.
Here you can enjoy both breakfast and lunch, with freshly made sandwiches and crisp salads always available at the counter. You’ll also find freshly baked bread in all shapes and sizes, baked with character and flavor every single night.
