Pronto di Olivia is the “fast” version of Olivia – quick food with authentic Italian quality. Even though it’s the fast option, Pronto never takes shortcuts when preparing its dishes. With ingredients imported directly from Italy and staff who are passionate about Italy and its fantastic food, culture, and atmosphere, you can be sure to enjoy an authentic Italian bite. Pronto’s signature dish is pizza al taglio, which requires a full 48 hours of preparation before it’s ready to be served.
